Ava Max – Diamonds & Dancefloors

After questioning leaving music altogether in 2018, the pop singer/songwriter Ava Max, told Rolling Stone in an interview, “No one knows this but I had a mental breakdown, I’m like, ‘God, please, if you’re listening. I need to pay for my gas. My parents, I want to buy them a house. I just want to help the people I love and I want to perform on big stages and I want to have fans and I want people to relate to my music.’ I was yelling this at the top of my lungs, I said, ‘If “Sweet but Psycho” does nothing, I’m done.’”
Well, it’s 5 years later and Ava Max is here releasing her sopomore album titled Diamonds and Dancefloors. Ava admits she is uncomfortable sharing her private life but feels good about releasing this album into the world. The singer posting on her socials “The wait for Diamonds and Dancefloors is finally over. The Album came from a place of heartbreak but I’d rather dance my sorrows away.”
