Hand Habits at The Barnsdall Gallery Theatre
Meg Duffy, known by their moniker Hand Habits, performed at the Barnsdall Gallery Theatre in Los Angeles this past Saturday.
Armed with a guitar and their voice, Meg exuded a quiet confidence and powerful presence that brought an emotional depth to their performance.
Their songs explored themes of love, loss, and self-discovery with a vulnerable honesty that took listeners on an emotional journey through Duffy’s lyrics. The combination of heartfelt storytelling and evocative melodies created an introspective atmosphere that lingered long after the final note was played. Hand Habits‘ performance is a true testament to the power of music to connect, heal, and evoke a profound sense of shared humanity.
You can check out Hand Habits latest release “Sugar the Bruise” here and, be sure to catch them on tour later this fall with a few date accompanying The National.
